Request Traveling Exhibit
Exhibit Requests are NOW CLOSED for The Poppy Cherrywood Challenge.
We are currently developing the travel schedule for 2024-2025 for Poppy. The amount of logistics involved requires us to close requests at a certain time to solidify calendar dates.
For future challenge requests, the schedule is as follows:
OCTOBER 2024:
• The NEXT (2025) Challenge theme is announced to the public
• Request Form goes LIVE on this page
• Requests ARE NOT guaranteed even if you have exhibited before
• Because of high demand, not all requests will be honored.
• DO NOT send exhibit fee at this time.
• DO NOT advertise the Challenge until you have a contract in place.
OCTOBER 2024 - May 2025: Quilts are made and submitted
MAY 2025:
• Submissions are due from artists.
• Requests CLOSE for exhibit
JUNE 2025:
• Finalists announced
• Exhibit schedule announced and contracts are sent
• Only paid contracts reserve dates on the calendar
NOVEMBER 2025:
• Exhibit debuts at International Quilt Market and Festival in Houston, TX
